Terms Of Service

Hard Deck Aero provides software-based due diligence tooling for aircraft transactions. Outputs are decision support and do not replace required A&P/IA sign-offs, legal counsel, lender underwriting, insurer underwriting, or FAA determinations.

1. Customer is responsible for ensuring uploaded records are accurate and lawfully shared.

2. Reports and findings are informational; final transaction decisions remain with customer and advisors.

3. Shared room links are customer-managed and should only be provided to authorized participants.

4. Subscription and inspection fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Service availability and features may evolve over time as the product is updated.
